Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to join our remote team in Cartagena. You will help shape how AI systems understand and generate software by building, evaluating, and improving AI-generated code.

The role offers flexible hours and the ability to work asynchronously across time zones. You should be proficient in multiple languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript) and comfortable with coding prompts, edge cases, and quality reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
