Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform structured evaluation and labeling tasks that help train AI models to be more accurate and reliable. This fully remote hourly contract role offers flexible hours and requires only strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written guidelines.

You will label and rate AI outputs across text, image, and audio, adhere to rubrics, work asynchronously, and communicate clearly in written English.

Formación

• Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Comfortable using web-based platforms and tools.
• Self-motivated and reliable — manage own time and hit quality benchmarks.

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured labeling and rating tasks to improve AI model performance.
• Evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio for quality and relevance.
• Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistency.
• Flag errors or low-quality outputs using feedback tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
