Alignerr seeks Software Engineers for a fully remote hourly contract role in Pereira, focusing on building, evaluating, and improving AI-generated code. You will train AI systems to think like real developers, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback.

You’ll write solutions, review outputs, and debug across languages, contributing to safer, more reliable AI coding assistants. Flexible, independent work with ongoing project opportunities.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design challenging prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
