Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers to shape AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve AI outputs, helping train AI systems to code like humans.

Work fully remote on a flexible hourly contract (10-40 hours/week). You’ll diagnose issues, propose fixes, and provide clear explanations of your reasoning, collaborating asynchronously with a distributed team. Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written communication and ability to explain technical decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
