Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform structured evaluation and labeling tasks that teach AI models to be more accurate, helpful, and reliable. This fully remote hourly contract requires focus, consistency, and the ability to follow clear guidelines.

This role offers 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work asynchronously from anywhere. No prior AI or technical experience is required, making it accessible to a diverse range of applicants.

Formación

• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet quality benchmarks.

Responsabilidades

• Complete structured tasks—labeling, classifying, and rating AI-generated content to improve model performance.
• Evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats for accuracy, quality, and relevance.
• Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
• Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
