The role requires 2–3+ years of experience, strong English communication, and a self-directed work style. Remote work is fully supported with EST hours.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of hands-on social media and video production experience for US-based companies.
• Proficiency with modern video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva) focusing on short-form video optimization.
• Experience publishing on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Responsabilidades

• Edit raw video footage into high-performing Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and feed videos.
• Draft engaging copy tailored to personal and professional audiences.
• Schedule and post content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage cross-platform distribution for firm and lead attorney accounts.
• Monitor comments and messages to foster light engagement.
• Maintain top-of-mind awareness for the attorney's network.
• Adapt messaging to feel natural and culturally relevant to a US audience.
• Collaborate with the lead attorney to turn photos and updates into high-performing posts.
