Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure customer environments on ARC and Fusion run reliably on Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare edge services. You will maintain availability, performance, and security while meeting SLAs and assisting with incident response.

You will collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform reliability, automate tasks, and document troubleshooting steps, with remote/hybrid flexibility and Colombia-based onboarding.

Qualifications

3+ years in DevOps, cloud operations, infrastructure support or site reliability roles.
Hands-on experience operating Microsoft Azure environments in production.
Experience supporting enterprise web platforms or .NET-based solutions.
Microsoft AZ-400 DevOps Engineer certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for customer environments deployed on ARC and Fusion within Microsoft Azure.
Own and resolve Zendesk tickets, investigate thoroughly and resolve efficiently.
Respond rapidly to production incidents affecting customer websites or infrastructure.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues across Azure infrastructure, networking, deployments and application environments.
Assist customers with configuration and operational questions related to ARC and Fusion deployments.
Perform root cause analysis after incidents and contribute preventative improvements.
Collaborate with customer development teams when application-level issues are identified.
Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles with accurate notes.
