Job summary

Auxis is seeking a Project Manager in IT Operations to drive technology initiatives through the PMO, ensuring disciplined demand execution, delivery, financial oversight, risk management, and governance across enterprise platforms.

The role partners with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to align delivery with portfolio priorities and regulatory requirements, delivering predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5-8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience operating within formal PMO governance and delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones and dependency tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including GDC resources and vendors.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates and delivery variance.
• Coordinate resource plans within capacity and demand constraints.
• Support capitalization, forecasting and financial governance processes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies; drive mitigation plans.
• Maintain RAID reporting aligned to PMO standards.
• Produce standardized PMO reporting (status, milestones, financials, KPIs).
• Support stage gates, portfolio reviews and governance forums.
• Ensure adherence to PMO delivery standards and auditability.
• Coordinate with Change Enablement and Release Management.
• Ensure testing, cutover, communications and readiness activities.
• Support post-deployment stabilization and transition to operations.

Job Summary

The Project Manager within IT Operations is responsible for delivering technology initiatives through the standardized PMO service catalog, ensuring disciplined demand execution, project delivery, financial oversight, risk management, and governance. The role supports enterprise platforms and partners with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery outcomes aligned to portfolio priorities.

Responsibilities

• Platform Scope: Oracle Cloud, E-Business Suite, Fusion (Finance, HCM, SCM)
  • o Additional Focus
  • o Deliver Oracle upgrades, enhancements, and regulatory initiatives
  • o Coordinate Oracle functional leads, technical SMEs, and SI partners
  • o Manage data migration, integrations, and cutover planning
  • o Ensure financial control and compliance considerations are reflected in delivery
• Demand Intake & Initiation
  • o Execute approved demand following PMO intake, prioritization, and funding workflows
  • o Validate scope, objectives, dependencies, delivery model, and success criteria
  • o Ensure alignment to platform roadmaps and portfolio priorities
