Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior PMO Project Manager to drive multi‑functional initiatives remotely across LATAM. You will maintain master plans, manage risks, coordinate with IT, Sales, and Finance, and deliver executive status reports to leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of PMO experience, strong communication skills, and Oracle EBS knowledge. Experience in Hi‑Tech or SaaS environments is a plus, with exposure to ServiceNow and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, issues, and risk management documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and prepare MoMs.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and status reports.
• Knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).

Responsibilities

• Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects, and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
• Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and project status reports for leadership.
