Job summary

Find Job Latam is seeking a Project Manager with strong experience in enterprise IT environments to join our Bogotá team. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk within formal PMO governance and delivery models, coordinating with vendors and distributed delivery teams.

The role requires effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, and 5–8 years of PM leadership in enterprise settings; a technology-focused degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with PMO and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk effectively.
• Operate within formal PMO governance and delivery models.
• Utilize strong enterprise project management and PMO delivery expertise.
• Work with vendors and distributed delivery teams.
