Somewhere is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for healthcare-focused initiatives. A hands-on mid-to-senior professional will own the paid media function, analyze performance, test solutions, and guide decision-making, without requiring step-by-step direction.

The role emphasizes ownership of the media strategy, data-driven optimization, and clear communication of results to stakeholders.

Formación

• Mid-to-senior level paid media experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven understanding of campaign testing and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable decisions.
• Ability to independently diagnose campaign performance issues (e.g., campaign structure, targeting, ad copy, landing-page alignment, conversion tracking).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns on a daily basis.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze advertising data to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming campaigns.
• Test different ads, headlines, audiences, creative concepts, messaging, and campaign structures.
• Identify what is and isn't working and explain why.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data and recommend which should be scaled, adjusted, paused, or replaced.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve lead generation and advertising efficiency.
• Communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly to the business.
• Take ownership of paid-media strategy rather than simply executing instructions.
