Bluelightconsul ting is seeking a Data Engineer to design and develop scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Python, and cloud-native technologies. You will manage ingestion, transformation, and loading across REST APIs, databases, and flat files, while aligning data models with business goals.

Key responsibilities include optimizing Snowflake workloads, implementing data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience building end-to-end data pipelines from REST APIs, DBs, cloud storage, and flat files.
• Snowflake proficiency with warehouses, streams, stages, Snowpipe, and data sharing.
• Advanced SQL for complex queries and performance tuning.
• Data modeling with star schemas, facts, and dimensions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python (PySpark), Snowflake, and cloud-native tech.
• Build reliable data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes.
• Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to model logical/physical data models.
• Monitor and optimize Snowflake workloads and SQL performance.
