Pearl Talent is recruiting a Remote Senior AI Product Engineer to own end-to-end feature delivery for a climate-tech SaaS product. You will work across the full stack, integrating AI/LLM tools to accelerate delivery and operate with async-first communication across US and European hours.

The role requires shipping meaningful features with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders informed. You will collaborate with a lean, remote engineering team spread across Europe and the Americas,

Formación

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in senior or founding-engineer capacity at an early-stage company.
• Full-stack development across the stack (interviews will confirm tech stack).
• Hands-on AI/LLM-assisted development tool integration in daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from ambiguous outcomes to production-ready code.
• Write clean, scalable, production-grade code across the stack as needed.
• Integrate AI/LLM tools to accelerate development cycles.
• Build features supporting real-time, component-level data processing and reporting.
