Job summary

Aquiva Labs, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to drive value delivery for clients and end customers. You will translate client problems into clear requirements, guide the engineering team, and ensure outcomes align with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years as Product Owner, Salesforce experience across Core, Agentforce, and Data 360, and strong English communication. This is a fully remote role with agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

3+ years of Product Owner experience, preferably in Salesforce environments.
Experience with Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Data 360.
Proven experience delivering value in Agile or Scrum settings.
Strong client-facing communication in English with facilitation skills.
Strategic thinker with execution focus and solid business acumen.
Ability to present options, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

Client and outcome ownership: lead discovery to understand objectives and success metrics.
Translate client needs into clear requirements aligned with sprints and business value.
Identify risks and gaps early; present trade-offs to stakeholders.
Define and maintain product vision and roadmap; prioritize by value, impact, risk, and effort.
Own the backlog in an Agile environment; define acceptance criteria with engineering, QA, and UX.
Facilitate refinement, planning, and demos; run acceptance testing against outcomes.
Bridge business and technical teams; support presales, solution design, and QBRs.
