Job summary

RedPoint Solutions is a remote-first Salesforce consulting firm serving industrial clients across the US. We seek a Salesforce Functional Consultant to own configuration, light development, and client-facing engagement across multiple orgs.

You will translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions and communicate in English throughout the day. This remote role targets Latin America and requires aligning working hours with EST.

Qualifications

6+ years of Salesforce experience across consulting, admin, developer, or BA roles.
4+ years of client-facing consulting experience with ownership over project quality and delivery.
Strong Flow skills — comfortable designing and building complex automations.
Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Unquestionable mastery of the Salesforce data model and declarative configuration.

Responsibilities

Configure Salesforce across multiple client orgs, spanning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Design and build automation with Flow, Apex, or similar tools.
Own data model and security model for assigned engagements.
Lead client calls: requirements gathering, demos, status updates, troubleshooting.
Document solutions and configuration decisions for internal and client-facing use.
Collaborate with US-based delivery, architecture, and sales staff across engagements.
Extend the platform with Apex or Lightning Web Components as needed.
