Formulated Automation is seeking a Salesforce Engineer in a fully remote role across Latin America. The candidate will design and maintain a mature Salesforce platform, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.

The role emphasizes Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, and system integrations, with strong emphasis on security, data modeling, and CI/CD practices. You will own deployments, testing, and documentation, in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Flow, SOQL, data modeling, and security.
• Experience with REST API integrations.
• Familiar with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, and other platform capabilities.
• Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements.
• Design scalable data models, automations, integrations, and security controls.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
• Improve existing implementations and simplify legacy automation.
• Maintain platform configuration, permissions, packages, and other administrative components required to support delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and protect platform reliability and data quality.
• Manage changes through source control, code review, automated testing, and controlled deployments.
• Document important architecture, integrations, and operational procedures.
