The ideal candidate will manage complex datasets, build dashboards, and optimize Salesforce functionality while maintaining rigorous data hygiene and governance. Strong Excel skills and independent, structured work in a remote setting are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Data Management & Cleanup: maintain and clean Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities; resolve duplicates and standardize data.
• CRM Configuration & Process Implementation: configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related functionality; support ICP structures and reporting improvements.
• Revenue & GTM Ops Support: assist with reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and revenue data accuracy; collaborate on process improvements.
• Documentation & Operational Support: create and maintain CRM SOPs; promote consistent usage and data practices; support RevOps initiatives.
