OpsArmy is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to optimize administration, configuration, data management, and CRM process improvement across revenue teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce experience, manage complex datasets, enhance CRM processes, configure Salesforce functionality, and maintain accurate, reliable sales data while following structured processes and collaborating with cross-functional RevOps partners.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise and fundamentals (objects, reporting, data hygiene).
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and remote-work capability.
• Ability to document workflows clearly and follow structured processes.
• Experience collaborating with RevOps or GTM teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Identify and resolve duplicates and inconsistent records; standardize data structures.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and CRM functionality.
• Support revenue and GTM operations with reporting, forecasting, and dashboards.
• Create and maintain CRM process documentation and SOPs.
