You will administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce to support data integrity and CRM processes across revenue teams. You will audit data, implement processes, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve pipeline accuracy and reporting.

• Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent records.
• Standardize fields, naming conventions, data structures, and pipeline information.
• Support CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Promote consistent Salesforce usage and data-management practices.
