INGEPSY is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer for a remote, full-time role. You will handle Salesforce administration, configuration, data management, and CRM process improvements while supporting Go-to-MTM operations and RevOps workflows.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Salesforce experience, strong data handling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and a keen eye for detail. You will work independently in a remote setup and contribute to CRM consolidation, reporting, and pipeline management.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise and fundamentals are required.
• Solid understanding of data hygiene, reporting, and CRM data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities).
• Identify duplicates and data quality issues; standardize fields and structures.
• Support CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related functionality.
• Build dashboards and operational reports; support revenue reporting and ICP structures.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for CRM processes.
