INGEPSY is seeking a Salesforce Developer to administer, configure, and improve CRM processes while maintaining accurate data across Salesforce. The role emphasizes data quality, reporting, and revenue-related support in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to implement practical CRM solutions within structured processes.

Formación

• Hands-on Salesforce expertise required with a focus on data hygiene.
• Strong ability to manage large CRM datasets and improve processes.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and follow structured processes.
• Experience with RevOps or GTM operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, clean, and maintain Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Standardize fields, data structures, and pipeline information.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM features.
• Build dashboards, reports, and participate in revenue planning workflows.
• Document processes and SOPs; support CRM migrations and integrations as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and ensure data accuracy.
