Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a remote LATAM position. The role focuses on production support and functional BA work across Salesforce-based loan origination processes, spanning Sales, Credit, and Funding.

You will liaise between business operations, product, and engineering teams, triaging defects, gathering requirements, and supporting enhancements. EST hours apply with a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of BA experience in a production support environment.
• Strong hands-on functional experience with Salesforce.
• Experience investigating, analyzing, and triaging production defects before escalation to product or engineering.
• Understanding of loan origination processes, with experience in Sales, Credit, or Funding.
• Strong requirements gathering, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly responsive, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Financial services, lending, banking, or fintech experience is a plus.
• Salesforce certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production support issues, including defect triage, initial investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.
• Assess incoming issues, determine appropriate escalation paths, and route defects to the correct product or engineering teams.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support delivery of small-to-medium Salesforce enhancements and process improvements.
• Work closely with Sales, Credit, Funding, Operations, Product, and Technology stakeholders.
• Validate solutions, support UAT, and ensure successful releases.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
• Provide timely, responsive support to business users and stakeholders.
