NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is actively seeking an Experience Architect, AI & Agentforce to lead the design and delivery of Agentforce-powered user experiences for clients. You will collaborate with our AI team to shape GenAI strategies, architecture, and execution that deliver real business value.

You will drive Salesforce-based solution design, guide requirement gathering, and mentor junior teammates while staying current with new Salesforce capabilities and GenAI trends.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Ability to drive requirement gathering.
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
• Hands on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms; Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action.

As an Experience Architect, AI & Agentforce, you will be responsible for driving the solution for and building Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to our clients. You'll work with our talented AI team to make significant contributions to our success and delight customers. This position is focused on experience design, solution design, architecture, and execution for GenAI technologies.

You will have the opportunity to:

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience
• Ability to drive requirement gathering
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing
• Hands on experience with at least one of the following:
• Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms
• Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
• Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling
• Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
• Willing and able learner of new technologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions

• Introductory conversation to discuss the role and your experience
• Peer Interview (Video) - 45 minutes
• You'll talk through your career goals and relevant work examples
• You'll discuss challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get there
• Panel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutes
• The call will be split into two parts:
• You'll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)
• You'll get some time to interact with NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture delivery team members
• Leadership interview (Video) - 45 minutes
• You'll meet with a member of our leadership team
