Prometeo Talent is assisting a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S. to hire a Customer Support Representative. This is a fully remote role supporting contractors with permit filings, account management, and platform usage.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of phone-based customer service, is fluent in English, and comfortable using Excel and CRM tools like GoHighLevel or HubSpot. Competitive compensation based on experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a phone-based or call center environment.
• Full fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Ability to log interactions accurately in the CRM and meet performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Resolve questions related to permit status, document uploads, account setup, and billing.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain working knowledge of the platform and permitting workflows.
• Meet or exceed call volume, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate insights to product/ops teams.
