Uptalent.io is seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to deliver exceptional projects tailored for the US market. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with Revit and a comprehensive understanding of US building codes and processes.

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with flexible schedules, connecting with exciting companies in the North American Market. Candidates must reside in Latin America and demonstrate a strong project portfolio focused on US construction standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in BIM architecture for the US Market and strong Revit skills.
• Ability to handle client communication effectively.
• Solid project portfolio with work specific to US construction sets and technical documents.

Responsabilidades

• Support the complete lifecycle of architecture projects: Construction Sets, Building permits, 3D modeling.
• Coordinate with US architects and consultants.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage communication throughout projects.

Conocimientos

Revit expertise

Knowledge of US building codes

Fluency in English
