Parexel is seeking a Recruitment Data Analyst to optimize our talent acquisition metrics and reporting. The role focuses on creating analytics, dashboards and insights to improve hiring strategies across the global recruiting team.

The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to collaborate with team leaders and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR analytics or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience with Workday, ATS and HRIS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and present data-driven insights.

Responsabilidades

• Create and generate analytics reports for the global recruiting team up to executive management.
• Respond quickly to ad-hoc data requests from recruiting, Operations and other Parexel departments.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement areas.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track recruitment KPIs.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support development of new recruitment strategies based on data insights.
• Improve recruitment operations through process mapping and optimization.
