Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Talent Systems & Recruiting Ops Builder to design and automate the recruiting operating system. You will automate sourcing, referrals, market signals, interview readiness, and data quality to keep recruiters moving fast while preserving candidate experience.

You will collaborate with talent, operators, and leaders to ship improvements weekly, leveraging a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

1+ year as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter with real pipeline impact.
Hands-on recruiting operations experience: design, tooling, reporting, enablement.
Remote work experience with fluent use of Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar; US/UK work history preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the recruiting tech + automation stack to support high-volume, high-quality hiring.
Build scalable sourcing automation that delivers a steady flow of qualified candidates per role.
Launch competitor/talent signal monitoring with Slack alerts for market changes.
Create a referral + backchannel engine mapping internal networks to warm paths.
Automate interviewer and candidate enablement: prep packets, interview guides, messaging, calendars.
Improve the careers site to sell the story, boost inbound quality, reduce drop-off.
Put guardrails around ATS data for trustworthy reporting and coordination.
