Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in seizures, regulatory liaising, legal operations, law enforcement inquiries, or compliance correspondence.
• 2+ years of experience managing client-facing or agency-facing operational teams of 5+ specialists.
• Experience auditing team communications to ensure confidentiality and legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team, assess performance.
• Communicate goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team.
• Assist with hiring and training, and report team performance to leadership.
• Escalate concerns and policies among management and team members.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and procedures.
• Meet SLAs and act as a point of contact for escalations.
