Job summary

Porch Group is hiring a Quality Assurance Team Lead to guide our Colombia-based QA auditors and evaluators. The role focuses on driving consistent quality standards across insurance processes and coaching the team to close performance gaps.

You will collaborate with U.S.-based Operations leadership, design audit plans, and deliver regular quality updates. The position is remote with Colombia-based employment through RemoFirst, supporting global insurance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance, auditing, or insurance operations with leadership experience.
• Strong English communication for reporting to U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to create QA dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of QA Auditors and Evaluators, including mentoring.
• Design and maintain audit plans, sampling, and scope for key insurance processes.
• Facilitate QA calibration sessions and validate scoring methodologies.
• Monitor QA performance and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations to close out corrective actions.
• Deliver training content with Learning & Development and QA.
• Provide regular quality updates and quarterly leadership reports.
• Maintain QA documentation and SOPs.
• Manage team schedules and workload to ensure QA coverage.
• Serve as liaison between QA team and U.S.-based leadership.
