School Basics is seeking a Remote Entry Level Purchasing Assistant to join our US-based team. This full-time role is open to candidates residing anywhere in Colombia, with a fixed EST schedule Monday through Friday.

Training will be provided and no prior experience is required, though 2+ years in purchasing or administrative work is preferred. The successful candidate will negotiate purchases, process orders, manage inventory inquiries, and support the sales team.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English; proactive, clear communication with the US team and vendors is essential.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, an administrative or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills.

• Negotiating and managing product purchases to ensure best value and quality.
• Preparing order-related workflow documents to streamline purchasing.
• Entering purchase orders into the company system and ensuring accuracy.
