Massive Bio is seeking a remote Project Manager for US Provider Engagement, based in Medellín or globally remote. You will own data, reporting, and coordination to support oncology provider referrals and enrollment, working with US leadership during US Eastern business hours.

The role emphasizes analytics, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and cross‑functional collaboration with clinical operations and customer success to scale provider‑sourced patients through the funnel.

Formación

• 5–8 years in project management, operations, or field support in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build dashboards.
• Experience with CRM and data quality discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal English with US-based stakeholders.
• Willingness to work US Eastern business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze provider and referral data to identify high-potential oncology practices.
• Own the provider referral pipeline from initial contact to enrollment.
• Keep CRM data accurate and enforce data hygiene.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports on field activity and SLAs.
• Coordinate field team's operating rhythm and action items.
• Run provider onboarding with workflows and handoffs to clinical operations and patient-facing teams.
• Document SOPs and best practices as the function scales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, customer success, and technology teams to keep provider-sourced patients moving through the funnel.
