Massive Bio is seeking an Enrollment Delivery Manager to scale its operational engine for converting AI-matched patients into enrolled trial participants. You will lead end-to-end enrollment activities, coordinating internal teams and external sites, sponsors, CROs, and networks to drive throughput.

The role is a hands-on leadership position designed to grow a delivery function with a direct line to the C-level. You will hire and mentor a team as volume expands.

Formación

• 5–8 years leading operational delivery in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel end to end and measuring drop-off.
• Track record scaling an operational function in a fast-growing org.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and internal teams across countries.
• Strong analytical skills; able to build dashboards and make data-driven decisions.
• Structured project management discipline and ability to run multiple streams.

Responsabilidades

• Own enrollment funnel end to end: qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate across clinical operations, technology, customer success, and external sponsors to drive throughput.
• As volume scales, build and manage a team of Project Managers.
• Define and optimize processes to reduce cycle times and increase capacity.
• Own enrollment outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
