Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a curious Product Intern to join the Shopper Experience (Rewards) team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will support backlog management, analyze data on Earn/Shop experiences, and collaborate with an efficient engineering team, design, and data partners to ship and measure experiments weekly.

Your responsibilities include drafting tickets, preparing A/B briefs, learning SQL, and maintaining documentation while participating in Agile rituals and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields
• Interest in consumer mobile products and loyalty rewards
• Curiosity, logical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through
• Willingness to learn SQL and possibly perform A/B testing
• Strong written and verbal communication; potential and drive considered

Responsibilities

• Support the product manager by drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets on the ShopX board
• Prepare A/B test briefs, track tests, and summarize results for stakeholders
• Learn SQL to query mobile event and rewards payout data and assist dashboards
• Maintain clear internal documentation and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Participate in agile meetings across engineering, design, data, marketing, and support
