Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a Product Intern for the Shopper Experience (Rewards) team. You’ll work closely with product, data, and engineering to optimize the Earn and Shop experiences, contribute to backlog grooming, and help run data-informed experiments in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll learn to use SQL, prepare dashboards, and communicate findings to partners while collaborating across Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing. This internship offers opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Economics, Marketing, Design or related field
• Strong interest in consumer mobile products, rewards and loyalty
• Curiosity, problem-solving, and ability to work through questions
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Willingness to learn SQL; prior SQL or A/B testing experience is a plus
• Experience with AI tools (Claude or similar) to boost productivity and insights

Responsibilities

• Assist the product manager by drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets and ideas on the ShopX product board.
• Prepare A/B test briefs, track tests, and summarize results for stakeholders.
• Learn SQL to query mobile event and rewards payout data and support dashboards for Earn tab visits and retention.
• Maintain clear internal docs for features, tests, and partner integrations; provide concise updates.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and support teams.
