BairesDev is seeking a Certified Technical Architect with 8+ years of experience to lead Salesforce multi-cloud architectures—from design to governance—and to bridge business goals with technical execution. You will guide cross-functional teams across the enterprise, ensure secure, scalable deployments, and promote data integrity.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Salesforce Development.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and data modeling within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of integration architecture, identity resolution, and security patterns.
• Strong background in technical leadership and managing large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee comprehensive multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud environments.
• Define and implement robust integration patterns and identity resolution strategies to unify data across the enterprise.
• Establish technical excellence by governing data models, security schemas, and high-performance Apex/LWC development standards.
• Guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders through complex architectural reviews and large-scale platform transformations.
• Mitigate technical debt and architectural risks by ensuring all designs adhere to a trusted, adaptable, and well-architected framework.
