INGEPSY is seeking a detail-oriented Consultant – Preconstruction Scheduler for remote LATAM work. You will develop and maintain detailed preconstruction schedules, analyze plans, and support mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and MEP scopes while coordinating across estimating and operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction scheduling experience, proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project scheduling.
• Experience supporting commercial construction projects and scheduling logic.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed preconstruction and project schedules.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, manpower requirements, and timelines.
• Support scheduling for MEP scopes when needed.
• Identify critical path activities, milestones, and scheduling conflicts.
• Update schedules based on changes and prepare progress updates.
