Pearster is seeking a Pre-Sales / Solution Engineer to support a fast-track Discovery for a multi-company ERP transformation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will analyze current systems (NAV/Sage), define future-state processes, and lead workshops with Finance, Operations, and IT to prepare a roadmap and ROM estimates. This role offers global remote work with USD compensation and international benefits.

Formación

• Fluent English required across stakeholders and workshops.
• Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer or enterprise architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in ERP migration or reimplementation projects.
• Ability to run workshops and capture business requirements from stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery activities across multiple business units and ERP systems.
• Analyze current ERP environments (NAV and Sage) and document current-state systems.
• Facilitate business process workshops with Finance, Operations, Warehouse and IT.
• Define future-state processes aligned with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Identify gaps between current systems and standard BC functionality.
• Use Company 1’s BC setup as a reference template for replication.
• Assess master data scope and opening balances for migration.
• Identify integration requirements (APIs, EDI, WMS).
• Produce decision-ready deliverables: Discovery Report, Roadmap, ROM estimate.
