The role requires Ph.D. or postdoctoral experience in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, strong programming skills, and hands-on experience with FEA/CFD and propulsion modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a pod of technical trainers for engineering tasks.
• Review engineering tasks end to end for accuracy and quality.
• Validate tasks involving FEA, CFD, thermodynamics, and flight simulation.
• Ensure tasks reflect authentic mechanical and aerospace engineering workflows.
• Provide technical feedback and track revisions for task approval.
• Onboard trainers and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
