Job summary

Search Atlas is hiring a Product Engineer to own a pod's output end-to-end, from strategy to QA, with enough technical depth to unblock engineers or code when fastest. You will drive ownership, raise the bar weekly, and collaborate with a team building an AI-native marketing platform.

You will own specs, participate technically, and lead QA, while maintaining clear success criteria and a data-driven product direction. EST availability is required and you will work with a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, startup or high-growth environment.
• Hands-on technical background: production code, bootcamp, or demonstrated ability to navigate a full-stack codebase.
• Proven QA ownership: test cases, regression cycles, structured bug reports, release sign-off.
• Daily fluency with Claude Code or equivalent and ability to work with agents/optimizers.
• Strong written and oral communication; specs are clear on first read.
• Available in EST.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your pod: define what gets built and protect engineers' time.
• Write specs starting from the problem and include clear success criteria.
• Participate technically: read code, debug, and ship small, fast fixes when needed.
• Own QA end-to-end: test plans, regression passes, release sign-off, post-deploy monitoring.
• Keep the pod moving with fast decisions and async communication.
• Close the feedback loop between customers, data, and product direction.
