Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Hybrid) to lead large-scale projects in the Network Control business across the Americas.

You will manage complex projects, build strong customer relationships, and ensure top-quality outcomes that advance smarter, greener grids. You will oversee budgets and resources, drive risk mitigation, and deliver reports for stakeholders while maintaining compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
• PMI or equivalent project management certification is required.
• 8+ years of project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Ability to lead diverse teams across geographies and deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and market management systems.
• 10% travel.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; experience with mission-critical software is a plus.
