LighthouseAI is seeking a marketing professional to lead email campaigns, social media content, and CRM data management in a fast-paced regulatory industry environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in marketing, experience with Pardot/Mailchimp/HubSpot, and strong communication skills. Pharma/healthcare exposure is a plus, with PTO and paid holidays offered as part of the benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in a marketing role.
• Experience with social platforms and content scheduling.
• Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Previous pharmaceutical/healthcare or regulatory industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content
• Marketing lead research and lead qualifying
• Maintain and improve marketing database quality and hygiene
• Manage website updates and publish blog content
• Manage inbound lead requests to appropriate parties and data entry into CRM
• Collaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as needed

Work Experience Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar Marketing role
• Experience with various social media platforms and content scheduling
• Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plus

Other Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Self-starter mentality with strong time management and organizational skills

Compensation

• Salary Range: 6,508,4971 – 8,1356,214 COP annually, commensurate with experience
