Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist to ensure healthcare creative output meets MLR, brand, and regulatory standards. You will gate the creative through the production flow, manage claims and references in Veeva Vault PromoMats, and collaborate with Creative PMs to maintain timelines and quality.

The role requires advanced English, 4+ years in healthcare/pharma creative production, and a strong eye for copy accuracy and design consistency.

Formación

• 4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production with exposure to MLR review workflows.
• Understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202 rules (fair balance, ISI, branded vs unbranded content).
• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (annotating, claims management, submission tracking) highly preferred.
• Strong eye for brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across digital formats.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Submission Compliance QA: Review assets against MLR requirements before client review.
• Post-Approval Launch QA: Ensure approved content is implemented correctly before going live.
• Veeva Vault PromoMats operations: manage claims, references, submissions, and packaging.
• Brand & design standards enforcement across healthcare deliverables.
• Copy quality review for grammar, tone, and alignment with approved claims.
