Qualifications

• Must have previous personal injury experience.
• Must have previous insurance claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor personal injury insurance claims from filing to resolution.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, clients, attorneys, and providers.
• Review medical records, bills, and claim correspondence.
• Follow up on claim status, liability, coverage, and settlements.
• Maintain accurate claim notes and documentation.
• Identify missing information needed to move claims forward.
• Track deadlines and important case updates.
• Support with evaluating claims and settlement preparation.
• Escalate issues to attorneys or supervisors when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and case information.
• Handle multiple claims while meeting productivity and quality targets.
