You'll gather and analyze data, create dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and monitor key metrics. English proficiency is essential for success in our diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in operations, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and documentation of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Assist in gathering and organizing operational data to generate reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Help monitor key operational metrics, flagging deviations and assisting in root cause analysis.
• Participate in the implementation of new tools, systems, or procedures to improve day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and materials for internal meetings and reviews.
