Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
• Support the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams to communicate requirements clearly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to help bridge business needs with practical solutions.
• Help monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, flagging risks or deviations to senior team members.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to optimize processes and workflows.
