BairesDev is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (On-Prem) to maintain and optimize core server environments across hybrid cloud architectures. You will bridge traditional hardware management with modern automation and work remotely with a global team.

The role requires 4+ years in systems administration or DevOps, proficiency in Bash, Python or PowerShell, and hands-on use of Prometheus/ELK. Excellent English is needed for collaboration across borders.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps.
• Proficiency with Bash, Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus and ELK.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and manage Linux and Windows server environments for high availability.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline admin tasks and config management.
• Implement monitoring and alerting to proactively resolve infra bottlenecks.
• Maintain secure networking configurations for hybrid cloud environments.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate on-prem resources with cloud delivery models.
