BairesDev, a leader in technology projects, is looking for a DevOps Tech Lead to join their Research & Development Team. This role involves leading the migration to Infrastructure as Code, building monitoring systems, and migrating to a CI/CD model.

With over 7 years of DevOps experience required, the position offers excellent compensation, fully remote work, and flexible hours in a multicultural environment that supports growth and innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team responsible for the infrastructure migration process to IaC.
• Build and deploy monitoring and alerting systems across our infrastructure.
• Complete migration to CI/CD deployment model.
• Support integration projects with 3rd party services.
• Build, maintain, and own InfoSec compliance efforts.

Conocimientos

Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases

Experience with Microservices and the Cloud

Advanced algorithm knowledge

IT infrastructure knowledge

Intermediate agile methodologies management

Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code

7+ years of experience working in DevOps

Design Patterns knowledge

Experience developing entire applications from scratch

Experience in automated tests and CI/CD pipelines

Strong experience with Version control

Strong experience with Unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage

Advanced English Level
