Share is building an AI-assisted NOC for a global bandwidth marketplace. We seek a Network Operations Engineer to monitor a modern open-source stack, read telemetry, and identify where faults originate.

You will troubleshoot, localize issues, and close tickets while contributing to automation that reduces repetitive work. Located in a distributed team across Africa and beyond, you will work nights or off-hours as needed, maintain network health at scale, and help push config automation and

Formación

• CCNA-level networking with broader TCP/IP skills.
• Expertise in reading BGP sessions and tracing paths.
• Experience with MikroTik RouterOS is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git-based config management.
• Scripting ability in Bash or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Read monitoring stacks (Zabbix, Grafana) to identify issues.
• Troubleshoot alerts, localize faults, verify real outages.
• Perform proactive network health checks and propagate routes.
• Develop automation for checks and config generation.
• Manage tickets, changes, and Nautobot data accuracy.
• Provide clear incident notes and handoffs.
