BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (MongoDB) to build applications on MongoDB, design schemas, and optimize performance across Atlas cloud environments. You will contribute to scalable, data-driven solutions with a focus on high availability and efficient data handling.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Database Administration, or Data Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building applications on MongoDB and designing complex schemas.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB sharding strategies and cluster scaling.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB Atlas for cloud database management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement efficient MongoDB schema models for high-performance applications.
• Develop and optimize complex aggregation pipelines for data analysis and transformation.
• Manage and scale MongoDB clusters using sharding strategies for high availability.
• Administer and optimize MongoDB Atlas cloud environments for secure operations.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate MongoDB best practices into the software lifecycle.
• Monitor database performance and tune for low latency.
