BairesDev is seeking an ML Platform Engineer to build and maintain internal AI infrastructure that connects ML research with production engineering. You will ensure robust model gateways, evaluation pipelines, and scalable vector stores to support retrieval‑augmented generation.

Formación

• 4+ years in ML Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience building and managing internal AI infrastructure, including model gateways and evaluation pipelines.
• Strong proficiency with container orchestration and AI services.
• Hands-on experience with LLM serving frameworks and cloud AI services.
• Proficiency in Python and observability tooling.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and manage production‑grade internal AI infrastructure, including model gateways and agent deployment platforms.
• Design and implement automated evaluation pipelines for quality of LLM outputs.
• Build and optimize scalable vector stores for retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Deploy and manage high‑performance LLM serving solutions (vLLM, TGI).
• Implement observability frameworks to monitor model performance and health.
• Collaborate with application teams to standardize workflows for training, inference, and security.
